Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how Creatyvot subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, account access, reactivation, data export, and connected WhatsApp automations are handled.
1. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may request cancellation of your Creatyvot subscription through your account, billing area, or by contacting support where self-service cancellation is not available. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, subject to the billing terms shown at checkout, on the invoice, or in your subscription settings.
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically refund the current billing period. Please review our Refund Policy for details about refund eligibility and non-refundable scenarios.
2. Access After Cancellation
After cancellation, your access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the account is suspended, terminated, inactive, unpaid, or restricted for security, abuse, legal, policy, or platform reasons. Some paid features, limits, add-ons, extra users, chatbots, automations, integrations, or campaigns may become unavailable when the subscription ends.
3. Expired, Unpaid, or Inactive Subscriptions
If your subscription expires, is unpaid, is cancelled, or becomes inactive, Creatyvot may automatically deactivate active chatbots, automations, campaigns, integrations, API access, webhooks, or other paid features. After renewal or reactivation, you may need to manually review, reconnect, and reactivate chatbots, automation rules, integrations, workflows, or WhatsApp connections before they resume.
If WhatsApp, Meta, AI providers, webhooks, n8n flows, CRMs, ecommerce systems, or third-party integrations were disconnected during inactivity, reactivation may require fresh credentials, permissions, tokens, Meta approval, or customer-side setup.
4. Data Export Before Cancellation
You should export any contacts, CRM records, reports, message history, files, invoices, logs, or business records you need before cancelling, deleting, or closing your workspace. After cancellation, suspension, deletion, subscription expiration, or the end of a retention period, some data may no longer be available for export or recovery.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
After account closure or a valid deletion request, eligible production data may be deleted or anonymized within 60 days unless a longer retention period is required or permitted for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, tax records, dispute resolution, backups, abuse prevention, or legitimate business purposes. Backup copies may remain temporarily until overwritten or removed through normal backup cycles.
Audit logs, access logs, API logs, webhook logs, message delivery records, billing records, security events, and abuse investigation records may be retained for longer where needed for legal, security, operational, or compliance reasons.
6. Meta and Third-Party Effects
Cancellation of Creatyvot does not automatically cancel Meta charges, WhatsApp Business Platform charges, external CRM subscriptions, ecommerce subscriptions, AI provider fees, hosting costs, payment provider fees, n8n costs, or other third-party service fees. You are responsible for cancelling or managing those services directly with the relevant provider.
Meta may also require reconnection, reapproval, re-verification, token refresh, or new permissions if you later reconnect WhatsApp or reactivate the platform after cancellation or inactivity.
7. Account Inactivity
We may archive, restrict, suspend, or delete inactive, abandoned, unpaid, or unused accounts after reasonable notice where practical, especially where continued storage creates security, cost, compliance, or operational risk. Reopening an inactive account may require payment, verification, reconnection of WhatsApp assets, or reactivation of integrations.
